Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days* after confirmation, customers will receive notification via email and SMS.

Local mail service (non-registered mail)

HK$10 shipping fee will be charged for every HK$100 order made, ie, HK$10 will be charged for order from HK$1 to HK100, HK$20 will be charged for order from HK$101 to HK$200 etc. Flat rate HK$50 will be charged for orders over HK$400.
Extra days may be needed for parcel to arrive if the delivery address is in remote area or if caretakers of the housing estates do not provide collection service.
If gift packing service is needed, please select courier service by SF express. We do not advise using local mail service so as to avoid any significant damage to the gift packaging during delivery.

Customers can choose courier service by SF express, shipping fee shall be borne by customers and shall be paid upon delivery

凡購買HK$100貨品我們將收取HK$10郵費，如HK$1-100之訂單需繳付$10郵費、HK$101-200之訂單需繳付$20郵費，如此類推。HK$400以上訂單郵費一律HK$50。
平郵至偏遠地區或不設管理員暫存郵件服務之屋苑，一般需時較長，請耐心等侯
如需禮盒包裝，請選擇使用順豐速遞，盡量避免包裝盒於郵局派送途中受到損壞
